Taylor-Momsen

Taylor Momsen is an American singer songwriter model and actress born in St. Louis Missouri. Her most notable role is as Jenny Humphrey, the star of show on CW called Gossip Girl. The music of Momsen has appeared in films and television shows such as How to Be Single Going the Distance as well as Two and a Half Men. Taylor Momsen's younger sister Sloane Momsen also works as an actor. Taylor Momsen studied at Center of Creative Arts, St. Louis. In a Shake 'n Bake commercial that was released in 1997, she began to perform professionally after she was three. Momsen's acting career came to a stop for more than three years before she was offered an acting role as the lead in Misconceptions, a WB show Misconceptions. Momsen was also in Saving Shiloh in 2006. Additionally, she was among the top three contenders for Hannah Montana's main character. But, Miley Cyrus was awarded the title role.
