Annmarie Fairweather is a seasoned Human Resources leader, brings 30 years of expertise in the field. She's worked alongside leaders from all industries, helping them improve their businesses, particularly during times of rapid expansion. She has been a trusted advisor who has helped translate enterprise goals and strategies to business and people strategy through employee engagement and change management. She is a lover of learning and regards the development of leaders and teams as the greatest competitive advantage. In her experience working with Fortune 500 and smaller companies she's developed and trained managers who have shown success and results. Her efforts helped develop cultures which encourage learning and beneficial change for people as well as teams. Annmarie's enthusiasm for promoting Learning Ally has inspired her to give her talents and time to this charity. She also supports several non-profit organizations during her spare time.
